The LGA are supportive of a revision to current funding in order to simplify and take into account current housing pressures, but have some concerns about the proposals suggested as they are not necessarily reflective of current strains on homelessness services and will have an extremely adverse effect on London in particular.

Hampshire County Council: Construction Skills Fund
Hampshire County Council’s Construction Skills projects have trained over 2000 people for work in the construction industry, supporting over 1000 of these into employment using its Employment and Skills Plans and local employers with best social value for Hampshire residents.
The Housing Advisers Programme is designed to support councils seeking to innovate in meeting the housing needs of their communities. The 2022/23 programme opens 29 September 2022 and will accept applications until 24 November 2022.
